Argument - Ski Accident Brain Injury Verdict [PDF]
Description: On July 16, 2004, an Albemarle County jury returned
an $8.3 million verdict on behalf of Jessica Grigg against Wintergreen
Partners Inc., which operates a ski resort in Nelson County, Virginia.
In a collision with a groomer on one of the slopes, Jessica sustained
injuries to her frontal lobes, causing brain damage. Michie Hamlett
attorney Bryan Slaughter represented Jessica. He was assisted at trial
